Q. Can I exchange an item?

A. Yes I am happy to exchange size, colour or even style if you have chosen incorrectly.  If you cannot find anything suitable to replace your original purchase, a credit note may be issued. This is valid for six months.

Q. How do I return an item?

A. If you need to return a purchase, please do so within seven days, and please take the time to carefully package your item to ensure its safe arrival. Items lost, stolen or damaged in transit will not be credited. In order to accept returns, items must be in their original condition/packaging and free from signs of wear. This includes make-up, perfume, deoderant marks and food stains.

Q. When should I expect my order to arrive?

A. Your purchases will usually be posted within 24 hours via standard post. Postage within Australia generally takes 2-5 working days. International postage varies between 1-3 weeks. If you would like to upgrade the postal service on your package with an express, registered or insured service, please include details with your purchase. This will be an extra cost. Alternatively you can use the contact form to request your preferences.

Q. Why are some products slightly different?

A.  I make orginal handmade  products which may cause slight variations.
